Do you like what we do here? If so, there are a few things you can do to ensure so that we can keep doing it.
—Consider pledging to the Otakusphere Patreon. For less than the cost of a cup of coffee, you can get our writers paid so we can keep writing about what we love. Of course, if you’re getting coffee from one of those convenient machines they have in the bakery section of the supermarket, $1 might not be less than a cup of coffee, but the point still stands.
–Do you like reading books? Site founder Karen writes books, and you can read them for a nominal fee!
The Familiar Series— Karen’s urban fantasy book series. If you don’t know what urban fantasy is, think Buffy the Vampire Slayer, even though this series isn’t really like Buffy at all. There are vampires in it, which is a dealbreaker for some people, but keep in mind the vampires are really overmatched in this series and pretty much get their asses handed to them all the time. Available for all fine e-readers.
Penguin of Fortune— Karen’s book for people who hate urban fantasy. Actually, it’s a parody of urban fantasy, so only people who love it will really get it. But it’s kind of funny, and has penguins in it; you really can’t go wrong.
